Web,<br>Well, the Penn baitrunner is a real good spinning reel for most Cape fishing, especially if you're going to do any livelining with eels, herring, etc. <br>As far as party boats go, I'd say call The Patriot Boats which run out of Falmouth and fish Nantucket Sound.
