Wow, after countless attempts I finally outfished the great one! Pretty 
that I had to resort to trolling to do it, but I'll still take it. I didn't see any fish along the shoreline when we pulled out at about 5:15 PM. I checked when we launched at about 6:30 AM and also around 2:30 PM and didn't see any chubs to net or any other fish. You apparently timed it just right to see all of those cutts. I remember one year coming in at the end of the day and seeing a school of large cutts at the boat ramp at Soldier Creek. Many of them had a few scars on them, and I was thinking at the time that the UDWR must have just planted some brood stock, but they were probably just spawners.
