I'm glad you realized I was joking. About that stream being a great fishing spot, I have a friend who I fish with regularly who likes that stream. (I've never been there.)
Somehow, though it's not something I try to do, I always seem to outfish him whenever we're on an excursion together.
To date, I've never caught a white bass out of Utah Lake. He, on the other hand, has caught a bazillion whities out of that "stream by the dump" you're talking about. And if he can catch them out of there as fast as he can throw them back, I'm sure it is a decent spot.
However, it does remind me of the "pond by the sewage treatment plant" and the "creek by nuclear waste facility" [
