Favorite eating: fresh Halibut is hard to beat. But, I'll take a Brook trout, or Splake over about anything, anywhere.

Favorite to catch: that's tough. I'll limit this to Utah: Brook Trout.

Best looking: Nothing compares to a spawning Colorado River Cutthroat. Not even a spawning male Brook trout compares to a CR Cutt...
