The water board in Koosharem will drain it if they have a need for the water. They don't consider the fish. I have seen years when they drained it dry because people with the water shares have a right to every last drop. At least that is there thinking. My parents have a few water shares in in the resevoir and dad talked once about not using all his shares and making them leave some water in the resevoir. I think it would cause war if someone tried to change things. Those people are set in their ways and no matter what is said in Salt Lake it won't change water use in that valley. The recent storms have added a fair amount of water to the resevoir so there should be some carry over this year. According to the proposals for next years proclamation there are no changes for this body of water. I just adding what I know. gshorthair
