I wasn't too concerned with the other changes because I don't think they amount to much. I was glad to see they raised the size limit of Walleye, to one over 24 inches but just like Chuck said, how many of those fish do most people catch in one outting. I'm not sure about them raising the limit on Scofield, I guess that is why it is an experiment. It's too bad they didn't make the changes on perch at Yuba[
