[#0000ff]Glad you been yakkin' in God's country...the northern California coastline. I have fished a lot of it, but from boats or shore...never from a tube or yak. Lotsa big fish there, but big water and big sharks too.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Love those ling cod. They are just plain nasty and cantankerous. You can't use too big of bait or lures. They will eat anything that doesn't eat them first.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Got quite a few new "hybrid" colors and glitter jobs. But, the most effective throughout the last six months has been my white glitter heads...with a chartreuse eye and black pupil. Absolutely kills just about every species. There is a picture of a roadrunner in that pattern in the cutt pic of this thread. They are also in pics for several other species...including wipers, catfish, perch, smallies, trout, etc. Good stuff.[/#0000ff]
