[cool][#0000ff]The west side? Well, it's kinda to the west...and the water is wet and cold right now. Can't tell you much more than that because I can't ever remember fishing it this late in the year. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I have fished it late September through mid October for walleyes in years past and have caught fish. But, for some reason, when the water really gets colder I have always fished Lincoln Beach because the water is deeper and there is more structure...and warm springs in most years.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I'm guessing that if you were to work it aggressively, with all the right stuff, you could probably find some fish. The inside of the Saratoga Springs marina will probably hold some whities just before and during iceup...if that happens. And, if you can find water deeper than 5 or 6 feet out off the knolls and north, you will probably find walleyes and whites too.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]I doubt I will fit it into my intinerary this year, but I probably should check it out some afternoon.[/#0000ff]
