By the way, that picture of me in the pontoon is on the Green River. It was taken by Dave the last time we went up there in July. I didnt even know he took it until he brought it to me at work. It kind of holds a special significance to me since he took it. That trip provided some material used in my poem. He had a knack for letting large rocks knock his oars outta the locks and wed have to retrieve them for him as they floated by, LOL! He also dropped his pole inthe water and had to use my extra the rest of the trip. That wasnt all. His frame broke, so on day 2 he and REmo split the cost of renting a raft. What a riot! It was raining and VERY windy. It just pushed them downriver in circles tagling their lines. So theyd take turns, one would fish and the other would steer. Both cursing the other and claiming that they were doing all the work and not fishing. All in fun though , Ill never forget that trip we all looked like drowned rats with pruned up hands!!![pirate]
