[cool][#0000ff]I'll let you know. We kept a few rainbows. Only one had the nice pink meat the bigger ones usually develop after living on zooplankton and copepods. The others still had pale flesh from hatchery feed. Gonna eat them tonight.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I have never had a bad batch from Jordanelle, but I always skin my trout and remove the flesh bones. Then, I either "scampi" cook them in butter and garlic or oven broil them with lemon, butter and spices. They usually turn out pretty good.[/#0000ff]
