That is an excelent letter , mine was more about a private group deciding who gets use of public property .
The launch site that started this , held space for 4 , was it too much for the association to bare a few extra ?
All the sponsors were invited to speak on behalf of the proposed bill , not one person who was opposed recived an invite to speak their piece .
