Help Scout troop ice fish Mantua?

Chester- Thanks for the link on the fishing merit badge. I don't think I had ever read them before. I was surprised that scouts only need to catch two species of fish. When you were scotmaster did you teach them the merit badge or have a counselor do it? Doesn't a merit badge counselor have to be registered with the Council office before they will accept the blue merit badge cards? Acey
