sellers permit, not worth much if any thing at the moment, dont throw it away, and take stock form the inventory to put with it, if you can find stuff that goes with the year of the permit. this will make you a collectors item.
as to what it will be worth in the future is anybody's guess. now its only 75 years old. I have never heard of them, but that dosnt mean it wont be worth something some day. if they are wood and are hand crafted granted they are worth more than plastic molded items.
to be frank, you have given to little for any one to give you any kind of answer to. you need to give names and sizes of lures. did he manufacture them or just retail them in his packaging?
