[cool][font "Poor Richard"][green][size 3]Hey Stan I could never get use to seeing the whole fish on a platter. Before I retired Hawaii was part of my operation. Most of my personnel there were Japanese American as were our customers. I would let my local guy make the decision as to where we would be taking our customer(s) for lunch. He was real cool. He would order for everyone. He always made sure that my plate would not include fish but some sort of beef. The only fish I like are salmon & trout. Don't think they had that on the menu.
