They have the worst customer service of any company on the planet! They also have all kinds of technical difficulties.[/reply]

I agree with Catman Xmission is a really great ISP (completely forgot about them Xmission) there right here in SLC and do provide good service & support.

Mstar... is that the one that has ties with LDS church ??? If I remembered correctly they contract a company out at the international center to do all there support and yes do provide lousy support.
