I see what you mean. The first link that I posted has that version of the perfection loop. Only thing is, that you can insert a fly into the area "A" on the diagram before tying the whole thing through.

That is where all the confusion came in on my part earlier. I was picturing the Saltwater version tied up to one of your #30 flies.

That was the picture that was hard for me to grasp.[crazy]
