I would have to agree with the rest, without knowing where the water was coming from, they had to lower the water level. The other option would have been to built a coffer dam around the leak but again they did not know where it was. If they did, I would think that would take a lot more money and time but the up side would have been more structure when they were done. Just my opinion though. WH2
