] As for your cold or flu, a co-worker told me to try Zicam when I started catching a cold last year. Dang if it didn't work. I normally get 2 to 3 wicked colds a season. True to form, I had two starts to colds that were promising to be nasty, but Zicam laid them to rest within 3 days. The trick is to start using it as soon as the symptoms strike. Can't say it will work for all, but it certainly has worked as advertised for me.
