they only use the water out of willard when all else is gone mainly echo and rockport. the pumps at willard havent been used in quite awhile.water has been pouring in for the last week and a half hopfully 3 or4 feet will float the docks. my guess is 3 feet will get it to the bottom of the rocks on the dike.
