Yes, the planets might be aligned, the stars may be shinning down, the perfect blending of the conditions might be present, but the difference between the master and the villiage idiot is the ability to look up and see the aligned planets, use the light to his advantage, and enhance the blending of the conditions with the tackle and presentations that catch the fish that the villiage idiot has no idea are even there.
