I havent tried the whiplash yet but I tried the power pro on one rod and quickly changed all my rods over to it. The stuff cast farther, dosent tangle up on my spinning reels or backlash much on my baitcasters, its just unbeatable with everything Ive used. I used to be a big fireline fan so I think I might have to give the whiplash a try but its going to have to be something phenomanal to make be change from the powerpro! Just my 2 cents...
