Started the weekend off by staying overnight with a friend at anderson cove to fish early friday morning. i woke up at 6 friday morning and went down to the beach. i put on a four inch curly tail jig and fshed some brush with no luck but did see a few small fish attack it so i put on a two inch jig. i got to many snags in the brush so i moved to a little outcrop of brush on the beach. from there i caught 15 bass ranging from 6" to 14". i decided to make a few more casts before i went out on the boat to wakeboard. on the fifth cast i hooked into a big fish. after ten minutes i brought a 30" tiger musky into shore.[
] my frst one ever caught and my first time fishing at pineview. went fishing again around 4 pm west of the anderson cove boat ramp on another sandy beach with isolated brush. caught 20 more bass.
saturday at the dam was a zoo so we pulled our boat into the south side of middle inlet. i fished some brush and caught another 15 bass. i moved to some shallow flooded trees and caught 1 bluegill, 30 perch, and 1 baby bass. later in the day we moved to the back of middle inlet and that evening i caught 1 crappie.
sunday morning i woke up too my dad yelling cause he caught a real nice bass on a 4' 6" ultralight fishing rod. took him forever to get in. i walked around to the other side of the beach to some brush where i caught 6 perch, and 5 small bass. the wind picked up and we had boat problems so we headed back to the boat ramp. the engine killed and we had to pull the boat onto the trailer to get it in. bad way to end a great weekend of fishing.[

i did end up catching 5/6 of species. all i need now is a largemouth. every fish was caught on a Kalin's 2 inch curly tail grub on a small jig.
