Fish em shallow at first light and right before dark. During the day they go a bit deeper, but a fish finder will help most of all. Have several fly lines available. I take an intermediate, a floater, and a type 4. I seem do do best there with minnow imitations, or with white or chartreuse buggerish patterns. Vary your retrieve until you find something that works. Good luck.
Oh yeah, those cutts are some short striking SOBs. Make sure you are stip setting on the strikes, and keep stripping if you miss them. they WILL come back to the scene of the crime.
