I found it at Lakeside tackle in farmington hills (grand river ave. and drake rd.) Call them first to see if they have any in before you make the drive. Most of the time they don't have them and they have to order them from the other store. It's called a spawny and it only cost $15.00.
I have never used perch eggs but I have used pike eggs before to catch steelhead. Perch eggs are little to small for me. Pike eggs are about as small as I want to use.
