Hi there gvanzant,

Good to see ya on the boards. As usual, if you compare our posts you'll notice we're on exactly the same page. unbelievable!

Since I learned to click on a posters' nickname recently, I find out where they are posting from and I have a handle on where they are probably asking about.

Good info on the mesh size as I haven't used one outside of Japan. Even the 8 shaku (feet) diameter ones are heavy, very heavy. Some lake and river owners in Japan are paying cast netters 3 dollars for every largemouth bass they can net and kill! What would B.A.S.S. say about that!!! ha ha ha
