I will be in San Diego the end of Sept. How is the surf fishing there, particularly Mission Beach? Will I need a licence? What can I expect to catch? Also I would like to take an 8 year old who gets bored easily on a short charter. Would also like a longer charter for me to hopefully get into some bigger stuff. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
