[cool][#0000ff]The best place to launch right now is at the very end of the old Hwy 40. There are several places you can drive down to suitable launch sites...if you have high clearance and/or 4X4. But, at the end of the road you can drive right up to the water with almost any kind of vehicle.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]There are fish in there. You just have to find them and time it right. I plan a rematch soon. Also, some of the larger perch had whole small crawdads in them. We did not find any baby perch. I suspect that the majority of the large perch are following the schools of baby perch...wherever that may be.[/#0000ff]
