I was thinking the same thing, I need to go out to my spot and look for the volly ball sized ones.
Its kind of tricky going after the biguns, if ya wait to long to pick them they turn on ya and then they aint no good.
I only like to take one and leave the rest. I slice mine in to half inch steaks saute' them in butter then freeze on sheets of wax paper like you would with burgers.
I save them to serve up with deer carin.
