It's the same groups that cause all the other problems.
PETA, Sierra Club some others that like to mess it up for everyone.
Tube or Tubeless, Boat or Boatless, Yak or Yakless. They are trying to shut off all fishing for up to 60 miles out from the coast.
Can you imagine all the revenue that fish and game will lose from license fees?
Can you imagine all the Sport Boat and Commercial fishermens loss of wages and loss of jobs? The problems still goes further than that.
All the places that sell Live Bait, regular bait, Saltwater tackle, rods and reels will go under too.[shocked]
