Group Wants Utah's Rivers Federally Protected

It's nice to dream about stream access laws but wake up this is Utah. Here if the govenor is a relative you can purposely introduce whirling disease into the streams with impunity. There is a reason so many of us spend a lot of time and money in others states fishing. I was going to say just my 2 cents worth but I probable spend a couple a thousand dollars a year helping the economy of those states that are more fisherman friendly.
