i had just signed on and started a pot of maxwell house when i turned on the faucet , zip , zero , nadda ! , i had to get the pick-ax out and dig thru the ice to get into the well . frozen contacts ! a couple of taps and some w-d and i was back in business ! i had to leave the light on in there to get the moisture down some .

you know we live in the best state , heck , we can't even get old man winter to leave !
