Mission Bay fishing help needed

I am going on a family trip to California and renting a condo on Mission Beach in April this year. I'd like to get some fishing in while we are there, anybody know some cheap outfitters and decent area to fish while we are there? I'd like to let my little girl fish in the ocean while we are there, she loves it here. Thanks for any help you guys have [
