Yea, you are very correct, but onecan still dream. To bad this regs took 2 years to go into effect. I still think thanks to all the frustrating work you did, but at least I would like to say THANKS any way. I know in the business world there were some very large companies that have "Stayed teh coarse" adn are either in financial dificulity or came very close to extinction. To bad the DWR is not a publicly elected board, maybe they would be willing to listen to the public a little more and react a little quicker. Once agin Like i said thanks to all of you that tried to make Yuba good, and there are always dreams and Jordanelle. For a while that is.
