I am not too much of a perch fisherman anymore but I wanted to make a comment about this regulation. How can degreed biologists from the DWR make these decisions? Perhaps its an "upper management" decision but I have never heard of something so ridiculous.

Has there ever been a Utah resevoir that has the perch population destroyed by over fishing?

Perch are not a catch and release species!!!!!!!
