Are you getting ice downstate ?

No ice here in the Grand Rapids area. At least none that I would walk on. Water levels for the river are still quite high but at least they are not going up anymore. As long as it stays cold fishing conditions should get a lot better over the next week.

I was up to lake Cadilac the other day. I didn't fish because I was up there on business but they had good ice there. Quite a few people out there fishing. No word on fishing..I was in dress pants so there was no way I was going out there and asking anyone.

Pic's are of Lake Cadilac and 6th Street Dam in Grand Rapids. The guy wearin the red jacket in the boat caught a nice steelhead about 10 seconds after I took this picture.
