Several small streams are fishable. Santa Clara River near Veyo is the most popular. Has some browns. Leeds Creek, above the town of Leeds, has some cutts. Both streams are overgrown and so hiking and casting can be difficult, but they are fun. Both may have snow this time of year, but are probably fishing. Snow will go fast during the next few weeks.

Of course, Lees Ferry below Glen Canyon Dam is not that far away, and offers year-round classic fly fishing.
