Help with CA fishing regulations

Just funnin' with ya, there are some odd interpretations of the law out here. Don't forget a Striper stamp, and an Ocean Enhancment stamp if you fish below P. Arguello. Then there are the special regs. for Salmon and Steelhead, and punch cards. No fishing for Black Seabass, so if you do, don't admit it. That goes for Garibaldi also. If a Sea Lion steals your fish you haffta be nice, cussing them out is ' HARRASMENT ' and you will be fined by a laughing courtroom and judge. Display your Liscense in a proper place on your body. Mostly this is your hat that will blow off and sink like a rock, 'cause the pin you used was too big. So now you need to get a new liscense because you can't find that damn carbon copy. Even if you do you still have to rebuy all the stamps. I made color copies of mine and keep the real one in a vault in Switzerland, but that's another story...
