Congrats new mods and thanks to those retiring. This forum has greatly increased my personal fishing efficiency and knowledge and I have no doubts that the quality of this board will continue.
Maybe this is an inappropriate question, but I have to ask: What are the perks to being a mod? Compensation, free stuff, the love of power[
