Not many folks and not many fish. That kinda sums it up. I got down to the area below the dam about 4P and started near outlet #2. I fished a scud under an indicator for one small fish. After a lot of fruitless cast I pulled the indicator off and targeted a good fish that I figure was feeding on scuds right on the bottom. One good bump and he was on. Not sure how big he was, but colors were good and a nice hooked jaw. It took awhile to get the fish to hand and take the fly out. I worked him a little in the water to make sure he was ready and away he went. Not too bad for a short time on the water
