[cool][#0000ff]I don't dispute your taste buds. I know how those Santa Ana Lakes work though. They buy fish from different hatcheries to stock their lakes. The rainbows and the lightning trout most likely came from different hatcheries and had been fed differently. That can account for a big difference in the taste and texture of the flesh.[/#0000ff]
