There is plenty of ice on that lake. If you can carry a blank or ladder then I think you would be okay. As for catching a muskie, I have only heard of two people catching a muskie and they were using live bait perch (illegal). I was not with them. I would be clueless on what to use to catch them under the ice. I know in the soft water that it was fairly easy to catch them. I don't like to catch them. They are more of a nuisance to me because it is interrupting my crappie fishing.[Sad]
