[#0000ff]1. Off the rock dikes at the Utah Lake State Park...Provo Boat Harbor. Sometimes some good fishing inside the harbor too.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]2. Same for Lindon and American Fork Boat Harbors.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]3. On both sides of the pumphouse at the mouth of the Jordan River. Once the gates open to downstream flow, it produces current both upstream and downstream. That brings in lots of fish.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]4. Off the end of the dikes at Lincoln Beach.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]The water is already high enough that shoreline fishing is limited. The increasing growth of brush and weeds around the lake makes it impossible to find many clear spots that are fishable and productive too.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]On the other hand, there are many places where you can wade out with insulated waders into 2 or 3 feet of water, and move along outside the weed lines to cast for walleyes and white bass...and later for catfish.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]That's why I like my float tube. Once I find a place to launch I can fish a lot of spots ignored by boaters and inaccessible to bank tanglers.[/#0000ff]
