I've been fishing in Huntington Harbor lately, and the other day i caught something i was unable to identify and haven't been able to find any fish descriptions that describe what i caught. I figure it wasnt nothing worth keeping, but i would still love to know what i caught [
]. It was about 16 inches long and about 3½ inches wide. weighed about 3½lbs. it was gold in color and had the same bodystyle of a mackerel or a jacksmelt. I havent got a picture of it, but i figure i'll probably end up catchin another in the next couple days, so i will try to update with a picture soon. anybody that has any ideas on what i might have hooked up on, i would love to hear from ya.
