]that's what happened to me. I even called the berkley manufacture direct and talked to them and they said they discontinue making different baits do to lack of sales on a bait or have introduced a new bait like that one that is better. The one I wanted never had anything like it put back on the shelf.
They said that if the warehouse was to put it back into production a person or company would have to buy thousands of each bait before they would even consider making anymore, and very rarely start making any baits that they have discontinued. It's like everything if it works good then you had better stock up on a bunch because it seem like what works great and is selling a bunch then they discontinue it. I catch trout on these baits/worms to, they are'nt just for bass.
