Wow, you pulled basically the same trip I did except I did mine on Sunday.
You got into the fish a little better than I did, at Nine Mile. Only caught one there right when I showed up and then dead for an hour.

e gave me an 18 inch tiger and 2 15 inch shiny bows.
I had my tube too. My waders sprung a leak in the right boot and I had to come back in after only 10 minutes or so.[]
That boat idea is pretty good. Next time you should tie it to a rod so you can bring it back. That would be really handy to have so you could get your bait out far enough.[sly]
I went to Yuba (Painted Rocks) on the way home and froze my stuff off without a bite.
