Line dangler - how long of a leader do you typically use from the 3-way to your lure. Reduced action - are you pulling flatfish type plugs, normal plugs or spoons/spinners? I experimented with a 3 oz inline weight last year 20 ft in front of a rapala - I felt like it was down about 40 ft but was not sure because it would not stay under the sonar window. I have a lowrance 135 so I have no trouble seeing anything in the window. I did get hammered and broken off on the bite (drag to tight) but I went back to my downriggers. I was just trying to get another line deep with 3 of us in the boat. I'm gonna have to get me some more big weights [cool]
