Old Web Site vs. New Web Site
#24
I honestly think it isn't the greatest thing. For one it takes to long to go click here click there scroll here to get to here. For two I don't have a problem with it but the font is way to small and the typing area is also. For three I can't see pics people post of fish or senory at all some reason.
Plus here is my opinion but I feel this is to high tech of a site personally. I say the old site wasn't broke, it was easier to navigate, the font was a good size, and the pic files were nice the way and easy to find. So why change it for it was good as is. I think to fix most the problems it goin to take a long time and to make it so people can use it with much more ease is also goin to take time. Plus I also noticed you all had a problem kickin off this thing earlier today that the times were changed and then it actually ran later than the last posted time by over an hour. The first posted time was 3pm est noon pst then it went to 4:30est 1:30 pacific time which i know it was atleast an hour later than that. Plus before launching I think people more than just deves should have been aloud to have a taste for it and you should have had a much larger scale test to catch more of the bugs earlier before the launch instead of after and you could have molded it more from what none deves would have said instead of after release. For now it is goin to be harder and take much more time to fix. Alpha test, Beta test, and then release is what should have happened cause you catch more bugs and possible problems that way. Yes it can be done with web page based area's also more than just programs alone. I admit I am probably steppin on toes. But I am still sayin the old wasn't broke it ran better why fix it.
