Utah Lake report
#6
[cool][#0000ff]There is a long line of buoys that mark the pipe running out underwater. And, there is still water that empties along the outer end of that pipe. But, the water is cooler spring water now, and not the warm (polluted) stuff that used to attract all the fish this time of year.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Still, there have been some recent years in which it saw good fishing for small male walleyes into May, and usually a few white bass there. Lots of cats in the surrounding area[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]I fished it once earlier this spring and didn't see any fish holding over the bubbleup. Only caught one cat and no whites or walleyes.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]But, every day is a new day there, and it is worth putting on your stop list if you are in the area.[/#0000ff]
