That's weird. I was just fishing there (Kaysville Ponds) this weekend and it was DEAD. We had 9 people there for several hours and nobody got a bite with anything. We didn't even see a single fish come up to bite either.
I had a wireless fish detector with me, and ran that around the pond, and only saw a couple small ones period. Maybe they only stocked one of the ponds there, because the middle one (which is the one I find is usually the most active and most often stocked) was completely DEAD.
Do you know which of the Kaysville ponds were actually stocked? How did you find out? I didn't know we could call DWR to ask them about stocking...I thought they intentionally posted the stocking details a week or so late so people wouldn't just go where they said they just barely stocked.
