odc 420 or imposter?

Tubedude, floatN2 et al,

been looking at fish cat 4 and odc 420. money is an issue with my first FT. Can you guys tell me if this odc is the 420 or a cheap imposter?
anybody know anything about this package deal here at cabellas?
